A PINCH OF HERBS

"When lovely blossoms disappear from an orchard, we get apples. Life too sometimes loses its bloom, but usually we find luscious fruits waiting. All we have to do is accept them." - Martha Mason, Breath

About Me

My photo
Susan
Mount Dora/Eustis, Florida
I have business, Rabbit Hill Gardens, where I sell vintage garden junque and shabby chic decor and linens. I also grow herbs and butterfly plants (off and on) and make all kinds of herbal products. I used to have an herb farm in Mount Dora where I lived and had a nursery and store. Now I sell my goods at Renninger's Market in Mount Dora every weekend and occasionally at other special events in Central Florida. I live in a 1920s house in the historic section of Eustis with a garden of potted herbs and most of the great architectural features from Eustis buildings in the 20's: a great front porch, high ceilings, wooden floors and tall windows with fancy woodwork. The photo? Me on a twig garden bench circa 1960.
